The profit and loss screenshot came in from Astech Gold last night and proved me to have been 100% correct when, on Saturday, I predicted that this would be the week that would see a normality return, as this rains have cleared off, the sun has been shining and we get some proper flat racing ground again.
Below you have the information sent out to subscribed members, that ensured that profit for the day was achieved.
Astech Gold has now produced close to £6300 profit since May 4th, 2019, simply applying Stake Management rules and working with the information provided daily, and close to £40k of profit since they first started using the work produced by Post Racing on 19th, August, 2017.
For the time being….possibly for the rest of my life 🤭….I have decided to send out a “Mid-Morning Update”.
It will advise you of further updates on Market Movers, advise you of non-runners in rated races, and hopefully keep you fully abreast of all you need to know, to ensure a profit is made from the work sent out.
I have introduced a section below called quite simply MORNING MARKET MOVERS
These are horses that have been punted after the morning Newsletter has gone out. I’ll now remove that section from the home page and instead will add the contents of the MID MORNING UPDATE to the website.
This will be your “fail safe”, should you not have received your second Newsletter by 11-30am.
I have noted, since the first Newsletter was issued, that HAROME has been the horse for money in the Epsom 3-05pm, since the markets woke up.
The original pair….
3-05 – BLUE DE VEGA – 5/2 > 2/1 < 5/2
3-05 – DUKE OF FIRENZE – 13/2 > 5/1 < 6/1
….have eased slightly, as you can see. This will be because of the money for HAROME.
If any Market Movers are found in Rated races, simply set up the dutch in those races, as usual. For all Market Movers not in a Rated race, play 20/80 to the maximum number of places that enables you to obtain a profit from that play.
I will indicate horses contained in Rated races of fewer than 11 runners with the icon RR
2-00 – BUNGEE JUMP – 6/1 > 7/2
5-30 – ATALANTA BREEZE – 16/1 > 9/1 – NR
4-30 – IBRAZ – 5/2 > 15/8 – WON
4-30 – FAYEZ – 10/3 > 11/4
3-05 – BLUE DE VEGA – 5/2 > 2/1
3-05 – DUKE OF FIRENZE – 13/2 > 5/1
These are the horses “for money”, since you received the first Newsletter. You should consider utilising them in the same way you do the overnight Market Movers, when applied to rated races.
3-45 – IMPATIENT – 5/2 > 7/4
3-20 – SOUTHERN ROCK – 6/4 > 11/10 – WON
2-30 – SONJA HENIE – 9/4 > 7/4 – WON
3-05 – HAROME – 9/1 > 6/1
5-25 – SURREY HOPE – 8/1 > 5/1 – WON

“In the Ripon race we have two Market Movers. One sits top rated, the other is the tissue favourite sitting 8th best on my figures.
He is a four year old, very lightly raced (just eight runs on turf, won two, placed in two), he has improved with each run this season…..
….on August 10th they unleashed him again and he ran a cracker to just get beaten by a horse on a roll back then, QAYSAR.
His trainer, Roger Varian, only send horses to Ripon when they are “off”….he has a 25% strike rate with 3-y-o’s here, and a 20% strike rate with older horses.
The jockey, Jim Crowley, rides the “Market Mover”. He has ridden here just 11 times in the last five years….won on four of them….36% strike rate. Ripon is a track that suits this horses style of running.”
NOTES: The introduction of Market Movers, especially those in Rated races, has proven a real money spinner this season. Here, by adding this horse to the dutch, a profit achieved…..as was expected.
